Cherylyn is a Total Rewards and People Operations leader with over a decade of experience supporting high-growth, distributed companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and specializes in employee lifecycle, compensation and equity program design, global benefits, and building scalable people systems that balance employee engagement and business needs.

Cherylyn founded Twin Rocks to help startups level up their HR game quickly while building people practices that could scale alongside the business. After seeing companies struggle because their people team couldn’t support their growth, Twin Rocks was created to bring clear, practical guidance to founders.
